Focused Folks, passionate about our work!!
Story begins with a girl, rooted in Human Resources longing for a greater challenge and a crazy idea that she could start a company and provide seamless a higher level of service while doing it. So, she set off on a journey in 2016 and has yet to look back.
From our humble beginnings as a one woman show in Delhi to a passionate team of recruiters, consultants, partners & HR Billis…. Our goal from the start has been we can do this better by doing it our way.
We work with motivated clients across a wide range of sectors including established brands, small & big companies, fast paced start-ups & entrepreneurs.
Like a lot of start-ups, Gr8 Peoples is filled with incredible, smart and interesting folks. But what really makes Gr8 Peoples feel special is the lack of arrogance. We’ve worked hard to get where we are – but rather than become smug, we’re all grateful for the opportunities we’ve received & determined to keep making the most of them. A strictly enforced “NO JERKS” policy is designed to keep us exactly that way.
